Loans now available on this site!

You may already have noticed the Peronsal Loans link over on the left but in case you haven't I thought I'd tell you.

This will take you through to a facility that will allow you to apply for a personal unsecured loan with Halifax. The decision can be almost instant and you could get your money as soon as tomorrow!

There is also the option of applying for a secured loan (or 2nd mortgage). I'd recommend giving me a call before you apply for one of these because there are more things to consider than with an unsecured personal loan.

Any problems or queries let me know....

The Skype's the limit

I've just signed up to Skype which in case you don't know is a Voice Over Internet Protocol service or in simple terms a telephone using the computer.

The beauty of it is that you can call me and your friends anywhere in the world free as long as you both have Skype installed. You can even call normal numbers worldwide for less than 2p a minute.

Why not download it here and give it a go? My Skype name is simonjfisher so don't forget to add me to your contacts list.

Happy Skypeing.....

Where there's a Will

Now here's something that most clients tell me they've either got but it's not up to date or haven't even got one in the first place.

Now if you're single with no dependents a will is probably not that essential but it may still be worth writing a will. But ( yes I know I shouldn't start a sentence with but), everyone else should definitely have a will that is clear and up to date to reflect your current circumstances.

It's time and money well spent that could not only save your loved ones time and money but also a lot of anguish at a difficult time.

There's a new link on the left that will open up a form to request a will or you can just click here. There's many different options available but if you just fill out the form requesting the basic will/s and send it off with a cheque for £69.95 (for a single will) or £99.95 (for a pair of similar 'mirror' wills), they will come back to you to give you advice on what exactly you may require.

If you can't get the form to display or print out just email me and I will post one out to you.

The first post

Welcome to the first post on my first blog. In case you don't know what this (or any) blog is I'll explain, it's an online notice board where I can keep you up to date with the latest happenings in the world of mortgages (and other things too of course).

I don't know how often I will be posting nor what topics I will be covering but be sure to check back regularly and you can always email an article to your friends by using the little envelope icon at the bottom of this post.
