In late 2005 we moved from a home office in Bromham to a high street office in Bedford. This coincided with the forming of absolute Estate Agents where we can be found in first floor offices.

Simon J Fisher - Mortgage Consultant CeMAP CeRGI CeLTM

My background is in Estate Agency where I worked up from Negotiator to Manager with three different estate agents in Devon. Since moving to the Bedford area a few years ago I worked as a Mortgage Consultant for two estate agents, one a corporate and the other independently owned.

I took CeMAP Papers 1, 2 & 3 in 2001 to gain the full Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice qualification. You can see my certificate here.

In 2002 I took FPC Papers 2 & 3 to add to the exemption granted from Paper 1 for holding CeMAP to gain the Financial Planning Certificate. You can see my certificate here.

I passed the Certificate in General Insurance (CeRGI) with a Merit in January 2005.

Finally, I passed the Certificate in Lifetime Mortgages(CeLTM) in 2006.

I am married to Cheryl with 2 daughters, Chelsey aged 16 & Holly aged 7.

Janine Leeson - Paraplanner/Mortgage Administrator

My background is in customer service, having previously worked in the Recruitment industry and as a Property Consultant for absolute Estate Agents.

My paraplanning duties include gathering up to date information from existing and new clients and then liaising with Simon to discuss the mortgage options available. Once the decision to proceed has been made I am then involved in completing the application and submitting it to the lender.

My role as a mortgage administrator involves progressing mortgages to completion by liaising with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and of course, the clients.

Jeff Sims - Locum Mortgage Consultant CeMAP

In Simon's absence advising duties will be carried out by Jeff Sims of Simply Independent Mortgage Services.

We hold a full consumer credit licence, number 529143, from the Office of Fair Trading. You can see our certificate here.
